Via Online Ordering (with telephone follow-up/confirmation)
This convenient Web-based ordering option enables you to browse program offerings at your convenience, adding specific programs of interest to your online Order Form as you proceed. Then, when you're ready, you can electronically Submit Your Order directly to Commonwealth. A Commonwealth Films Client Relations Representative will review your order request then contact you via telephone to verbally discuss and confirm the details of your order to complete the process.

This online ordering method enables you to submit all of the details and specifics of your order online, at your convenience—no more filling out and faxing paper-based order forms. And the telephone follow-up confirmation process enables our Client Relations Representatives to have all of your detailed ordering selections and information already in-hand when they speak with you—saving you time—while they convey the specific cost/licensing information associated with your requested order, answer any additional questions, and collect your payment information offline (if applicable) at that time during that call, as well.

Via Fax/Mail
If you prefer to order via fax or mail, you can still utilize our online Order Form to make your selections, just as you would if you were going to submit it electronically. When the ordering process is complete just prior to electronic submission, however, you would instead select the "Print Order Form For Fax/Mail option." This option enables you to print out your completed Order Form. You would then complete the additional information requested and then fax or mail the completed form to Commonwealth Films.
